A leading family run Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating company based in Teesside are seeking a focused and driven sales administrator to join the busy and incredibly friendly sales team.

Key Requirements for the role are:
• Previous administration experience
• Good working knowledge of Office 365
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines.
Role Responsibilities:
• To complete sub-contractor questionnaires, ITT documents, DPS framework applications.
• To collate all policies and certificates required for each application.
• To speak to procurement teams by phone/email about their requirements.
• To file all applications electronically in an organised manner.
• To ensure that all applications are completed and returned by the deadline or as a priority if work is due to commence ASAP.
• To support the Branch Managers in Teesside and Goldthorpe to gather necessary documents to send to their clients.
• To ensure that clients are sent up to date policy documents as they renew annually.
• Answer the phone in the sales department and take messages when/if the sales team are out of the office.
• Support the sales team with any other admin related tasks.
