The Role We Play In Staff and Student Wellbeing

At the Aircon Group, we appreciate the critical role that the school environment plays in both students’ and staff well-being. That is why we work in partnership with numerous schools to ensure that the ambient environment is safe and comfortable, conducive to optimal performance.

We cater to a wide range of schools from independent or local authority run to those within an academy trust, making our services widely accessible to education establishments. Moreover, we provide services throughout the North East, Yorkshire and The Humber and the North West.

Understanding the complexities of school schedules and staff working hours, we recognise that periods outside of term time or at either side of the school day are ideal for installations and maintenance checks. Our service offering covers the full range of refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating. All engineers visiting schools, colleges and universities have enhanced DBS checks, some have specialist experience in catering equipment, laboratory’s, swimming pools and reducing CO2 to name a few, but ultimately, they use their skillset to ensure an environment that encourages academic excellence and student engagement.

Importantly, we price our services very realistic, acknowledging the financial position of the education sector.

But we don’t stop at HVAC and Refrigeration services alone, we actively engage with school career programs, offer student placements, facilitate coursework scenarios, conduct mock interviews that prepare students for real-work activities, donate to foodbanks and sponsor student awards evenings.

Our team is comprised of professionals who are not only very knowledgeable but are also approachable, always ready to assist with your enquiries and maintenance needs. Furthermore, our Education Liaison Executive, an ex-teacher and ex-governor, understands what makes a school function. This combined commitment to excellence is what sets The Aircon Group apart in supporting the education community.
