Service and Maintenance Administrator

Fantastic family business seeks a service and maintenance administrator with an abundance of experience working in small administration teams.

A leading family run air conditioning company with an office in Goldthorpe, South Yorkshire are seeking a focused and driven candidate to join their busy and incredibly friendly admin team.

The role has these responsibilities:

• Logging service calls.
• Call distribution to engineers.
• Assisting the maintenance co-ordinator with maintenance planning.
• Assisting with service planning.
• Maintenance and service follow-ups.
• Support co-ordinators with service quotations.

• CLIK engagement (database).
• Stock control assistance.
• Goods receiving.
• Financial reporting (as necessary, to discuss with Office Manager).
• Filing.
• Raising purchase orders.
• General office duties.
• Monitoring and keeping training matrix up to date.
